- 3 simple science experiments to do at home
There are many of such science experiments to do that are useless and make no sense. But today that experiments which i am gonna show you are out of this world…
#1- Homemade taser or stun gun with 💲0.00
For making this project you will need-:
1-: Film capacitors (as shown in the picture below)
2-:some wires.
3-:old charger case(or anything else from your creative mind)
4-tape
Tools we gonna use-:
1-soldering iron
To make follow these simple steps given below-:
STEP-1
Take the film capacitor and solder wire into its ends do not see positive or negative. After soldering take your charger case and now stick both wires of capacitors in the end of charger plugger shown in the picture cover it safely and your almost done now put the charger in the 220v powersupply for 1-2 seconds and your taser is fully charged. It works on metallic surface for one time only but on humans it work several times in one charge.
#2- table top hover craft-:
Things we will need to make this project-:
#1-: A balloon
#2-: A cd
#3-: A water bottle cap
Tools-:
#1-:glue gun or something to stick the things on.
To make follow these simple steps-:
HOW DOES IT WORK
The air filled inside the ballon causes a cushion of freely moving air between the disc and the surface .This lifts the cd and make it hover freely in the surroundings
#3-: OOBLECK(NON NEWTONIAN FLUID)
THINGS YOU WILL NEED-:
#1-: CORNSTARCH
#2-: WATER
WHAT IS OOBLECK
IT IS A NON NEWTONIAN FLUID WHICH IS SOLID AND ON THE OTHER MOMENT' IT IS LIQUID.
HOW TO MAKE IT
Take 3 cups of cornstarch in a bowl or a flat utensil with larger area.Aftrr that take 3 cups of water and pour in the bowl of cornstarch.Mix it well and your oobleck is ready .you can also play with or either use it as a science project.
SCIENCE BEHIND IT
It changes its viscosity (how easily they flow) under stress. ... This repulsive force helps the slurry flow, as the particles prefer a layer of fluid between then. But when squeezed together, friction takes over and the particles move like a solid.
